GENERAL INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of Mireai products made remotely through the Mireia.it website, with registered office in Via Arena San Vito 6/C, Ercolano.

Any purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05; the information aimed at the conclusion of the contract will be subject to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03 and, as regards privacy protection, to the legislation set forth in Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Sales contracts for products on the Mireai.it website are considered concluded when the purchase order placed by the customer is received and Mireia accepts it. Mireia will promptly send the customer a receipt of the purchase order placed. By electronically submitting the purchase order, the customer declares to have read and accepted these general contractual conditions, undertaking to observe and respect them in their relations with Mireia.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Mireia informs that personal data acquired within the scope of commercial activity will be processed in compliance with current privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/03 and GDPR EU 2016/679). For further information, please refer to the privacy policy available on the website.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Before submitting the purchase order, the customer is required to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The submission of the order implies their full knowledge and acceptance. It is the customer's obligation to print and keep these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ORDER DEFINITION

By submitting the online order, the customer sends Mireia a purchase proposal for the product or products selected in the cart. The order is accepted with the sending of the order confirmation.

PURCHASE METHODS

The customer can purchase the products described in the relevant technical sheets on the website, at the indicated price, to which delivery costs are added as specified. Before confirming the order, the total cost of the selected products, including shipping costs, will be summarized. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with the purchase details.
